Method

1. Soak the fungus in warm water, wash it and remove the roots.

2. Wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Slice ginger.

3. Wash and slice the pork, add light soy sauce, sugar and oil, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.
