Stewed ribs in soy sauce?
Boil the ribs in cold water for 2 minutes, then skim off the foam. Pour the water out of the pot. Rinse the ribs with water.
Boil a pot of water again, add onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon and green leaves. When the water boils, add the ribs. Cook on medium and small fire 1 to 2 hours.
After the ribs are out of the pot, take them out and dip them in soy sauce. Add cabbage to the soup, continue to cook for a few minutes, add salt to the soup, and a pot of nourishing soup will be finished.

Don't cook in a pressure cooker. Although the pressure cooker cooks quickly, the soup is not as delicious as the slow stew.
