Prepare 300 grams of flour, add 2 grams of salt, stir well, then add 200 ml of hot water, stir until it is flocculent, and knead it into soft dough, which will touch your hands a little when kneading. You can sprinkle a proper amount of dry flour to prevent sticking. After kneading, cover it to prevent the dough from drying out.
2, the oil is crisp
Take a small bowl, add proper amount of flour and salt, pour in hot oil, and stir until crisp.
Clean a handful of onion leaves and cut them into chopped green onion for later use.
Step 3 make a cake
Sprinkle a little dry flour on the chopping board, take out the dough and divide it into four parts.
