Preparation materials: apples, corer, dried fruit machine.
Steps:
Step 1: Prepare apples and a corer.
Step 2: Remove the core of the apple with the corer (or just cut it with a knife to remove the core).
Step 3: Cut the cored apple into thin slices.
Step 4: Soak the slices in lightly salted water to prevent oxidation and discoloration (you can also add lemon juice).
Step 5: Arrange the apple slices, one by one, into the dried fruit dispenser.
Step 6: Set to 63 degrees for about 6 hours of drying time.
Step 7: After 6 hours, the dried apples are ready.
Notes:
1, Cut the apple slices as evenly as possible; in addition to making more dried fruit, you can store it in an airtight container.
2, dried apples generally should not be too dry, some toughness taste better.
