You can set word to eye protection mode by the following steps:

First, open word Wendan, click the background option group of the design tab, and select the background color and other colors.

Step 2: In the pop-up "Color". Dialog box, click Customize, adjust the red value to 204, the green value to 232, and the blue value to 207, and then click OK.

Then, the background color of the blank document is red bean sand green. Click the "Save" button in the upper left corner to save it as an "Eye Protection Word" document.
