Pea flour is a starch-containing plant seed powder, and starch-containing plant seed powders are great for washing dishes. It will wash very clean. There is no harm in it except that it costs a bit more. The principle of pea flour dishwashing: starch and oil can easily form a "starch-fat complex", that is to say, starch and oil like to combine, the combination of this mixture is not so sticky, it is easy to be washed away. Because of the hard life in the past, the supply of fat is very small, the dishes are not greasy at all, with this starch soup is enough to wash clean.
If a little more extravagant, any plant seed powder containing starch is good for washing dishes. For example, cornstarch, millet flour, rice flour, wheat flour, pea flour and so on. If the seeds contain some saponins or phospholipids, and surface-active effects, dishwashing is even better.
Note
When washing dishes, the bowl of raw meat and fish, and cooked rice or fruits and vegetables should be separated from the dishes, dishcloths should also be separated. Wash the bowls with cooked food first, and then wash the bowls with raw meat and fish. After washing the dishes, be sure to brush the sink and the countertop next to the sink again. Otherwise, the sink can be an excellent site for microbial cross-contamination.
If space permits, it's best to split the kitchen sink into two during the renovation process to ensure that raw and cooked food are kept separate. Don't think it's your own kitchen, so you can ignore food safety issues and environmental concerns.
