Steps
1. Add 4g of yeast, 50g of sugar, 168g of water or milk and dissolve it. Add 220g of low-flour powder and 80g of cornstarch and form a smooth dough for fermentation.
2. Dice the BBQ pork. Sauté in a frying pan with oyster sauce/salt/sugar/soy sauce/scented oil/water and bring to a boil, then add some tomato sauce and cook for a while.
3. And then thickened with cornstarch water into a somewhat thick state. Let it cool. I add these flavors at my own discretion, and it's impossible to use a measuring spoon. Just taste the right flavor on the line.
4. Take out the fermented dough and add a teaspoon of baking powder and knead well.
5. Let it rest for fifteen minutes, then divide it into small balls and wrap them in barbecue pork. Pinch it into a round shape and put it in a boiling steamer with the mouth facing up for about 12 minutes.
