Pour the dumplings into a pot and leave it at room temperature for about 10 minutes to melt the ice inside the dumplings.

Pour cold water into the pot, then place the pot on the stove, cover and bring the cold water to a boil.

When the water comes to a boil, gently place the dumplings in the pot.

Turn the dumplings with a spoon to avoid sticking.

When the water in the pot boils, open the lid.

Add some cold water to the pot to stop the water from boiling. Add a small amount of cold water to the pot every time it boils.

Turn down the heat from high to low.

When all the dumplings float to the surface, the dumplings are ready to be served.
