Ingredients: half an onion, a box of fat beef rolls, 3 slices of ginger and an onion.
Juice: two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, one spoonful of dark soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of sugar, one spoonful of starch and half a bowl of water are stirred evenly.
Practice:
Step 1: After boiling the water in the pot, pour in the fat beef rolls, ginger slices and shallots and cook them together until the fat beef changes color, and take them out for later use (about 3 minutes).
Step 2: When the oil is hot, add onion and stir-fry until soft, and add fat beef and stir-fry evenly.
Step 3: Pour in the juice, cover the lid and stew for 5 minutes, then open the lid and stir-fry evenly before serving.
