Jiaxing Nanyang Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as Nanyang College) is a full-time higher vocational and technical college officially approved by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, which is jointly organized by Shanghai Jiaotong University Education Group and Jiaxing Education Development Investment Co., Ltd.

The campus is located in Jiaxing National Economic and Technological Development Zone. At present, it is newly built in Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing City, with a planned campus area of 580 mu and a construction area of180,000 square meters, with a total investment of 630 million yuan, which has been put into use in 20 16 years.

There are seven teaching units: Ship and Building Branch, Electromechanical and Transportation Branch, Economy and Management Branch, Design and Information Branch, International Education Branch, Continuing Education Branch and Basic Teaching Department. It involves 8 major professional groups (architecture, shipping, machinery, electronics, information, business administration, mobile commerce, art design) and 28 majors.

Among them, there are 2 provincial dominant majors, 5 provincial characteristic majors, 6 school-level key majors and 4 school-level supporting majors. There are 8 training bases, including ship and construction engineering, multimedia technology innovation and entrepreneurship, and intelligent manufacturing platform between China and Germany, 19 training centers and 134 training rooms.
