Waterless braised pork
〖Main ingredient〗500g pork belly
〖Accessory material〗150g Huadiao wine, 15g green onion, 10g ginger slices, 2 star anise, 15 grams of rock sugar, 5 grams of cumin, 3 bay leaves, 1 small section of cinnamon bark, 60 grams of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
〖Method〗Ingredients: pork belly, onion and ginger, Huadiao wine , light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon bark.
2. Rinse the pork belly, put it into cold water and boil it, then cook for two or three minutes and take it out.
3. Wash the blanched pork belly with warm water and cut into large pieces of three to four centimeters square.
4. Tear the rice dumpling leaves into strips and tie the pork belly crosswise.
5. Put onions, ginger, bay leaves, star anise and other seasonings into the pressure cooker
6. Put the pork belly with the skin side down, add crushed rock sugar, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce , and Huadiao wine.
7. Close the lid of the pressure cooker, select the ingredient meat and ribs, the cooking method braised, and start, the default is 35 minutes.
8. Open the lid after the cooking display is completed.
9. Activate the juice collection and flavor enhancement button again, the default is 8 minutes, and it will be completed after the program ends.
