Bean fishing-originated from Hong Kong and Macao, also known as Hong Kong hot pot. Fishing for beans is a homonym for fishing, and it is also for happiness, wealth and luck. Family, friendship and love are all about grasping and talking. Legend has it that in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, there was a successful Macao businessman who was penniless when he was young, kind-hearted, charitable and often devoted all his money to helping the poor. This move moved God, and the man of God gave him a mouthful of copper hot pot, commonly known as doulao.
Macao doulao people created a myth in a year, which led people to know a brand-new form of hot pot, which perfectly integrated the themes of seafood and hot pot, and made the urbanites who have always been picky about food fall for it.
