Ingredients: tripe, ginger, salt, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves and fennel, pepper noodles, white sesame seeds, cooking oil, aged vinegar, 2 tablespoons sesame sauce, garlic, soy sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil and coriander.
Practice:
1, first prepare the clean tripe, which was half cooked when I bought it back. Now put the tripe in a cold water pot and cook it again. When cooking, add a few slices of ginger and add some cooking wine.
2. After boiling the water in the pot, add a proper amount of salt, and cook for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take out the tripe, cool it with cold boiled water and set it aside.
3. The spices prepared are: pepper, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, fennel and ginger slices. After the oil in the pot is heated, add these spices to stir-fry the fragrance. When the spices are fried to yellow, turn off the fire and reduce the oil temperature to 70%.
4. Add Chili noodles and white sesame seeds to the bowl, then pour the freshly heated oil and stir it. Then add a proper amount of old vinegar to it, so it will taste better.
5. Take another empty bowl, add 2 spoonfuls of sesame paste, add mashed garlic, add cold boiled water and stir well, then add 2 spoonfuls of oil spicy seeds, a small amount of salt, soy sauce and chicken essence, and finally add a small amount of sesame oil to stir. This juice is ready.
6. Now cut all this tripe into thin strips, then pour the freshly prepared juice on it, and then sprinkle some parsley to eat.
