1. Ingredients preparation: 50 grams of Cordyceps flower, 800 grams of ribs, 10 grams of wolfberry, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of salt and pepper;
2. First blanch the ribs in a pot and remove them. If there are blood stains, pour a small amount of oil into the pot and stir-fry the pork ribs and ginger until fragrant.
3. Then pour the ribs into the purple clay pot and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
