Main ingredients: half chicken, 200g potatoes, 30g mushrooms.
Accessories: 5g oil, 5g salt, 3g light soy sauce, 1 coriander, 1g cinnamon, 1g star anise, 1g dried chili pepper, 1g ginger.
Steps:
1. Cut the ginger into small slices, a little star anise, and cut the pepper into sections. A small piece of cinnamon. Set aside
2. Chop half of the chicken into pieces, wash and set aside.
3. Peel, wash and cut potatoes into cubes and set aside.
4. Cut the mushrooms into pieces and soak them in warm water.
5. Add oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, add the prepared seasonings and fry until fragrant.
6. Then pour in the chicken pieces and add some salt and light soy sauce. Season the chicken pieces.
7. Pour the delicious chicken pieces into the pressure cooker.
8. Then pour in the potatoes, mushrooms, and add an appropriate amount of water. Cover and press for 12 minutes.
9. After 12 minutes, open the lid and add the coriander segments.
