1. When cooking, I didn't put salt because I added light soy sauce. If the taste is light, you can add some salt appropriately.
2. If you don't like coriander, don't add it. Pepper and vinegar can be adjusted according to your preference.
3. Although it is pollen, if you can't buy pollen, you can use other shellfish such as clams.
