Bird's Nest Stewed Papaya
Ingredients: 1/4~1/2 fresh ripe papaya (depending on the size), 30~50g bird's nest calendars, 50g rock sugar.
Making: Wash the skin of papaya, cut it open with a knife, remove the inner core, and scoop out the papaya flesh with a spoon, set aside.
Soak the bird's nest in water for about 30 minutes, then pour off the soaked water and add water again to soak the bird's nest for one and a half hours, then remove the bird's nest and put it into the stewing pot with the papaya meat. At the same time with the second soaked bird's nest of water to boil dissolved rock sugar, while hot, poured into the bird's nest, papaya meat has been held in the stewing pot, cover, stewed under water for two hours, to be warm and drink.
Endocrine disorders can make the skin or too dry, or too greasy, or rough, or not smooth, or color spots, etc., affecting the skin delicate. Some of the following soups can be used to protect and nourish the skin.
1. soak the bird's nest in water, (10 grams of about 300 milliliters of pure water, if not, soak for two or three days, to soak in advance); be diligent in changing the water (four or five hours for a change); and so the bird's nest soaked softly after the inside of the hairs to pick it out; and then put the bird's nest in a pot, with a stew pot or bowl of stewing water stewed well.
2. Add two tablespoons of water to the pot, put in the rock sugar, red dates and white fruits, and stir with a spoon to dissolve the rock sugar.
3. Cut off the middle part of the papaya and use it to make a lid to make the whole papaya look like a small boat; then remove the seeds.
4. Put the bird's nest, red dates and white fruits into the papaya, add the sugar water you just boiled (don't overfill the sugar water), and cover the papaya with the lid.
5. Put the papaya on a heat-resistant plate, put it into the steamer to steam for 10 minutes, (you can also put it into a cage drawer or steamer on the steamer for 15 minutes) and it is done.
