method of work
1. Slice plum head meat, add raw flour, light soy sauce, cooking wine and a little pepper to taste for 20 minutes.
2. Loofah is cut in half and sliced again. Although the present loofah is suspiciously big, you can't eat nothing.
3. Boil the chicken soup, add the loofah and cook for about 5 minutes until soft, then add the meat slices, stir them up, turn off the heat for two minutes after boiling again, and sprinkle with onion and pepper to improve the taste. If there is no broth in this step, you can use a little oil and a piece of ginger to saute until fragrant, then add water to boil and then cook the loofah. I happen to have unfinished chicken soup at home. It tastes better, of course, it is more fresh and sweet.
