1. Open the original image, brighten the dark parts, and prevent the highlights from being overexposed!

3. Ctrl j copies a layer, and the layer mode changes the filter color! Keep brightening the dark areas!
4. Stamp the layer, copy one layer, and perform Gaussian blur on the stamped layer to remove noisy elements around the photo and make the subject stand out! 5. Add a mask to the copied layer and erase the surrounding area of ??the photo with strokes!
6. Curve brightening!
7. Merge layers and copy one layer to LAB mode!
8. Curve, adjust the a and b channels to make the photo feel like sugar water tablets!
9. Return to RGB mode, modify the character, liquefy it, and remove skin spots!
10. Finally add the starlight and it’s done!
