Gala's home-cooked practices include spicy fried clams, steamed eggs, loofah clam soup, oil-fried clams, garlic-flavored roasted clams and so on.

1, spicy fried clams

Soak clams in salt water to remove sand, and then drain. Cool oil in a hot pan, saute shallots, ginger, garlic and dried peppers, add clams and stir-fry, add cooking wine, soy sauce, Chili sauce and other seasonings, and stir-fry until the clams open.

2. Steamed eggs

Clean the clams and put them on a plate. Beat in eggs, add salt, warm water and other seasonings and stir well. Pour into a clam dish. Boil in a steamer with water, steam in a clam dish, and steam until the egg liquid is solidified.

3, loofah clam soup

Peel the loofah, cut into pieces, and clean the clams. Boil water in the pot, add loofah and cook until soft and rotten, add clams and cook until the opening, and add seasoning such as salt and pepper.

4. Oil-fried clams

Heat oil, add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add clams and stir fry. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and other seasonings, stir-fry until the clams are completely open, and sprinkle coriander before taking out.

5, garlic roasted clams

Clean clams and cut garlic into powder. Sprinkle minced garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper on the clams and mix well. Put the clams in a preheated oven and bake them until they open.
