1, Dendrobium edible method:

(1) Dendrobium nobile broth. Formula: 250g lean meat, 0/2g white peony root/kloc-,0/2g Dendrobium/kloc-and 4 red dates.

Methods: Cut the lean pork into pieces, and wash Radix Paeoniae Alba, Dendrobium nobile and Fructus Jujubae (core removed).
