Materials:
Pig's hand 1 kg, chicken soup (soaked pig's hand), garlic.
Appropriate amount of ginger, fried peanuts and sesame seeds.
Appropriate amount of sesame oil, onion and coriander.
Steps:
1. To be a white-cut pig's hand, it is best to choose the pig's front hoof. Scrape pig's trotters with a knife, remove the hoof nails, wash them, soak them in boiling chicken soup with slow fire 1.5 hours, turn off the fire, continue soaking for half an hour, then pick them up, float them with ice water, and put them in the refrigerator for freezing 1.5 hours;
