It consists of three parts: "Jinling Academy", "Jude Hall" and "Baoying Hall". There are 5 inscriptions in the courtyard, including "Zhongshan Heritage" and "Reconstruction of the Stele". It is located at the southern foot of Kuaishan Mountain in the north of Qizhou City. At the beginning of Emperor Xianzong's reign in the Ming Dynasty, Sun Wukong made a grass knot here to build a nunnery. In 1471, King Jing, who built a royal palace in Qizhou, donated money, and monk Zhiming presided over the construction of a temple in the nunnery. Once it entered the fourth level, it was grand in scale. The entire building covers an area of ??more than fifty acres and houses more than a hundred Buddha statues. The dragons, phoenixes, flowers and birds carved on the stone incense tables and stone pillars and beams in the hall are lifelike. During the Cultural Revolution, Zhaohua Temple was severely damaged, but fortunately the main hall was well preserved. Now, Zhaohua Temple is filled with incense all day long and has an endless stream of pilgrims.
