1. Business license of individual industrial and commercial households. Where a party applies for registration as an individual industrial and commercial household, it shall apply to the registration authority where the business premises are located. The applicant shall submit an application for registration, identity certificate and proof of business premises. The registered items of individual industrial and commercial households include the name and domicile, composition, business scope and business premises of the operators. Individual industrial and commercial households use the name, with the name as a registered item;

2. Hygiene permit. Applicants need to bring a copy of their ID cards and other materials to the local health bureau to apply for a Hygiene Permit;

3. Employees' health certificates. Those who engage in catering, cosmetics, children's health care, medical care and other occupations need to go to the local epidemic prevention station or medical and health institutions with health examination qualifications;

4. Apply for a tax invoice. When applying for tax invoices, you need ID cards and other documents. Only when these documents are completed can you apply for a tax invoice. Generally, when applying for tax invoices, you need to hold the original and photocopy of the business license, a valid seal and other materials before you can register with the local tax department to receive tax invoices.

Legal basis: Article 29 of the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations that engage in specific activities and need to obtain administrative license according to law shall apply to the administrative organ. If the application needs to be in a format, the administrative organ shall provide the applicant with the format text of the application for administrative license. The format text of the application shall not contain any content that is not directly related to the application for administrative license.

The applicant may entrust an agent to file an application for administrative license. However, unless the applicant should apply for an administrative license at the office of the administrative organ according to law.

The application for administrative license can be made by letter, telegram, telex, fax, electronic data interchange and e-mail.
