1. Take the peanuts, wash them and soak them in salt water for about an hour.
2. Prepare the ingredients, two star anise, three peeled garlic seeds, a small piece of ginger and shredded, one packet of allspice powder, only pour out a quarter of the packet.
3. Take a pot, put two large bowls of water in it, boil the water over medium heat, put the soaked peanuts in and cook for two minutes.
4. Use a scoop to fish out the peanuts.
5. Take out the pressure cooker, pour out all the ingredients, put in a bowl of water, a small dish of soy sauce, a spoonful of salt, cover the lid and cook for ten minutes.
6. Put a bowl in a small bowl, which can be used for beer or as a breakfast dish.
