Yunnan Dali Steps to cook fish with white sour papaya
1. Fresh crucian carp 4, scrape the scale and wash and drain the water.
2. Heat canola oil and fry both sides of the fish on medium heat until cooked through.
3. Pour cool water directly into the pot over the fish, add seasonings: 1 green onion, a few slices of ginger, 4 cloves of one-head garlic, a few peppercorns, 2 daikon, 4 tablespoons of chili pepper, 1 tablespoon of grasshopper powder, and 2 tablespoons of salt.
