How to make simple spicy cabbage
Ingredients
1 Chinese cabbage, coarse salt, 1 green onion, 2 chives, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot Root, 1 pear, 1 onion, 1 garlic, 1 ginger, Korean chili powder, salt, sugar, fish sauce, shrimp paste, chicken essence
Method
1. Cut one green and long Chinese cabbage in half and add coarse salt (available in market grocery stores). Apply each layer of leaves, marinate for 8-10 hours, rinse with salt and drain.
2. Slice one green onion, cut two chives into sections, shred one cucumber and carrot, shred one pear, shred one onion, press the whole garlic into minced garlic, and cut the ginger into small pieces. Silk.
