How to do it
1) Ribs Wash and chop into 6-cm pieces. Pour water into a pot, add the ribs and when the water boils, skim off the floating powder with a spoon. Add peeled and chopped ginger slices and large onion joints, and reduce the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
2) Fish out the ribs and put them in a large bowl, crush the garlic into a puree and put it in, then mix in the salt, soya sauce, soy sauce, sugar, barbecue sauce, cooking oil, black pepper and honey, stir well, cover and shake repeatedly so that each piece of ribs is covered with the sauce. Then put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours
3) Cut small sheets of tinfoil 15 cm long and 10 cm wide, take out the marinated ribs and wrap each sheet of tinfoil around a piece of ribs. After putting the ribs, you can then use a spoon to hold a little sauce on the ribs, and then wrapped up.
4) Oven 250 degrees, placed in the middle layer, bake for 15 minutes.
