Banana Crisp
Ingredients: hand pies, bananas, eggs, sesame seeds
Steps:
1. Crush bananas in a bowl and separate egg whites.
2. Take the hand pies out of the refrigerator and divide them into four parts with a knife.
3. Place the bananas on one quarter of the hand pies and fold diagonally, compact with a fork and slide a few small slits on top.
4. Brush the top with egg wash, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and place on a baking sheet.
5. Oven top and bottom heat 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
The oven should be preheated ten minutes in advance.
