Ingredients: one piece of pie crust, one banana
Method:
1. Crush the banana into puree
2. Take out the pie crust with your hands, let it soften at room temperature, and then turn it into a cross.
3. Take a piece of hand pie crust, put mashed banana on it, and then cover it with another piece.
4. Dip the fork in water and press lines around it. Dip it in water to prevent the crust from sticking.
5. Coat with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I used foreign eggs, so you can see that the egg liquid I applied is not yellow at all.
6. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, and it’s done. The specific time will depend on your oven.
Crispy on the outside and fragrant on the inside, it’s great as an afternoon tea or breakfast.
