Braised beef with carrot
Ingredients: 200g carrot, 200g beef tendon, 8 red dates, 2 slices ginger,1500ml water and salt.
Exercise:
Wash beef tendon, cut into strips, wash carrot and cut into pieces for later use;
Blanch the beef tendon and take it out for later use;
After the water is boiled, add beef tendon, carrot, red dates and ginger slices, simmer for 1.5 hours, and then add seasoning to taste.
Tomato and soybean beef soup
Composition:
50g soybean, tomato 1, brisket 300g, sesame oil 15ml.
Exercise:
Soak soybeans for 3 hours in advance.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces for later use.
Wash the brisket with clear water several times and cut it into small pieces for later use.
Wash and slice ginger for later use.
Pour sesame oil into the pot and stir-fry ginger until golden brown with low heat.
Turn to high heat, pour in the brisket and stir fry.
Add water, and cook tomatoes and soybeans together.
Braise 1 hour until the breast meat is cooked, and season with salt.
