Steps to make a green jiaozi

Mixing sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour, and putting into a basin; Heating green juice, pouring into powder, and making dough; Pour salad oil and continue to knead until the dough is smooth;

The kneaded dough is divided into 50g dosage, and the bean paste is divided into 15g dosage, rounded up respectively; Take a small dose, flatten it slightly, and add the bean paste filling; Close your mouth slowly with the tiger's mouth of your right hand; Knead your mouth down into a circle; Spread steamer paper on the inside of the steamer, put the wrapped jiaozi on it, and steam for 10 minute.
