Step one: surface. Fill 2-3 bowls of rice flour, add a little "angel" high-activity dry yeast, adjust warm water, and mix flour. After mixing, put it in a covered container and put it in a warm place for equal-surface fermentation. (It takes about 2 hours)
Step 2: Cut the ribs into small pieces, put them in a pot and stew them with a little oil. In order to make it delicious, you need to put salt and soy sauce, add pepper and pepper (consider children, but put less). After the water is boiled, add some water (the ribs need to be soaked) and simmer.
Step 3: Cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces. When the ribs are almost cooked, put them in the pot. Add onion, ginger, minced garlic and ketchup or tomatoes.
Step 4: Mix the dough, roll it into a circle, sprinkle a little salad oil and bean powder on the surface, roll it up, mix it together, and roll it into a round pancake with the same size as the circumference of the pot.
Step 5: Put the juice in the pot into a small bowl for later use.
Step 6: Spread the pancake in a pot filled with ribs, potatoes and carrots, pour the juice on the pancake, poke holes in the pancake with chopsticks, cover the lid and stew for 20 minutes.
