1. Raw materials: fresh silkworm chrysalis, dried red pepper, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, starch, vegetable oil, salt, cooking wine, chicken essence.
2. Cut dry red pepper into sections, chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.
3. Wash the silkworm chrysalises and boil them in water.
4. After cooling, use scissors to cut the silkworm chrysalis in half and remove the hard core in the middle.
5. Mix silkworm chrysalis with a small amount of salt, cooking wine and starch.
6. Heat the oil pan. When the oil is 50% hot, add the silkworm chrysalis and fry slowly over low heat.
7. Fry until the silkworm chrysalis turns slightly yellow and remove to control the oil.
8. Leave a small amount of base oil in the pot and sauté the peppercorns over low heat.
9. Push the peppercorns aside and continue to stir-fry the minced onions, ginger and garlic over low heat.
10. Stir out the water from the onion and ginger, push it to one side, add the red pepper, and stir out the aroma.
11. Add the fried silkworm chrysalis and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the oil is dry in the pot.
12. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, stir-fry a few times, and it is ready to serve.
