Ingredients: potato150g, eggplant100g, kelp10g.
Accessories: oil, soy sauce, vinegar and onion.
Steps:
1. Prepare a packet of kelp silk and chop chopped green onion.
Slice eggplant.
Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
4. Pour oil in a hot pot and stir-fry chopped green onion.
5. Pour in potato chips and stir fry
6. Pour in eggplant slices and stir fry
7. Put in a bag of kelp silk
8. Season with proper amount of soy sauce and vinegar and boil with a little water.
9. Seaweed silk itself is salty and does not need salt.
