Main ingredient: 300g of hemp rot, 50g of green onion.
Supplementary ingredients: appropriate amount of abalone juice, 3ml of soy sauce, 3ml of hot sauce, 6ml of sesame oil, water.
Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Pour appropriate amount of water in the pot.
3. Cut the jaggery into pieces.
4. Boil the water and add the jaggery to cook.
5. Fish out the jaggery and add seasoning to taste.
6. Blend well, sprinkle in chopped scallions, ready.
