As an authentic Dandong native, I have to talk about my little method of pickling crabs. Mix the prepared crabs with white wine, aniseed, pepper, ginger slices, garlic slices, green onions, and a lot of Mix the salt, monosodium glutamate, five-spice powder, white vinegar, cooking wine and cold boiled water, and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate overnight!
