Main Ingredients: 1 white radish
Seasoning: salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, water (boiling) in moderation
Steps:
1. Slice the white radish thinly.
2. Spread the white carrot slices in a layer in a large bowl.
3. Sprinkle a layer of a little salt.
4. Spread another layer of sliced white radish, sprinkle another layer of salt and repeat several times, let it rest for 15 minutes.
5. Pour out the water from the bowl after 15 minutes.
6. Add a tablespoon of sugar.
7. Toss the sugar with the sliced white radish and let it sit for 15 minutes.
8. After 15 minutes squeeze the water out of the large bowl with your hands.
9. Pour in two tablespoons of soy sauce.
10. Pour in a spoonful of white vinegar.
11. Pour in white water, not over the sliced white radish.
12. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 days.
