Stewed Beef Bone Soup:
1. Place 500g of beef miscellaneous bones, spare ribs and beef big bone 8000g, soak them in cool water for about 1 hour and then fish them out
2. Then put them into boiling water to completely scald off the blood water
3. Put the beef miscellaneous bones and beef big bones into a big pot and put in the scallion, ginger, garlic and enough water.
4. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer until half of the water is left in the pot, using a spoon to remove any grease and foam floating on top at any time.
5. When the soup becomes milky white, add the beef ribs and simmer for 3 hours, using a spoon to remove the fat and foam.
6. Cook until the meat is rotten, fish out the ribs, scrape the meat from the bones and cut into thin slices.
7. The bones continue to simmer until the soup turns into a thick, creamy broth
8. Put the thin slices of meat in a bowl, pour the hot broth over them, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds, and season with salt and pepper
