As an office worker, I don’t have time to cook and bring meals by myself every day. I eat breakfast and dinner at home, and order takeout for most lunches. Even if I order takeout, I can achieve balanced nutrition. Below are my takeaway options during the fat loss period. Eat according to my method and you can lose weight too! Let’s learn! The following is my takeaway lunch for the week:

1. Boiled broccoli + scrambled eggs with tomatoes + pipa legs + half corn (the corn is brought by myself)

2. Steak and eggs Steamed rice

5. Teppanyaki steak set + purple sweet potato (you will eat half of the rice in the set)

If I order takeout for lunch, I usually bring my own staple food and some whole grains, such as : Purple potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, pumpkin, etc. If you can't make it yourself, try to choose brown rice if there is brown rice, if not, white rice will also work.

My principle when ordering takeout is to try to choose food with a lot of protein and vegetables, such as the pipa leg in the picture above, and steak are good sources of protein, and then pair it with vegetables, and you will have a high-quality lunch. Yes.

PS: I will remove the skin from the Pipa leg before eating it, because the oil on the skin is relatively large.
