Pho eaten outside is generally greasy and has very little seasoning. If you want it to taste better, I suggest you buy some meat and vegetables.
As for the seasonings used: salt, sand tea sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili, garlic, chicken essence.
First wash and cut the meat, stir it with sand tea sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a little salt, salt it, salt it for 3-5 minutes, and then chop the chili and garlic.
