Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of endometriosis
1. Diagnosis

(1) History: Most patients have a history of dysmenorrhea and infertility, and women of childbearing age should first consider endometriosis for chronic pelvic pain.

(2) Clinical manifestations.

(3) Auxiliary inspection

1) Laparoscopy is the best method to diagnose endometriosis at present. Endometriosis can be diagnosed by seeing typical lesions under laparoscopy, and clinical staging can be carried out. 1985 The American Reproductive Society formulated a modified laparoscopic staging method (AFS~r) to divide the lesions into stages I ~ IV.

2) Generally, there are obvious boundaries, which are oval or round, and there are tiny flocculent light spots in the capsule. CT and MRI have the same diagnostic value, but the cost is high.

3)CA 125: The serum level of CA 125 in patients with endometriosis increased, but mostly lower than100IU/L..

2. Differential diagnosis

It should be differentiated from ovarian malignant tumor, pelvic inflammatory mass and adenomyosis.
