First, Dahongpao
Origin: Wuyishan area, Fujian Province.
Variety: oolong tea | semi-fermented tea.
Taste: The aroma is elegant, delicate and fragrant, with a touch of osmanthus fragrance, mellow and unique.
Second, the quality characteristics
Dry tea: the rope is tight, strong and slightly twisted.
Tea soup: clear and gorgeous, dark orange yellow or orange red.
Leaf bottom: soft and uniform, red edge or vermilion.
Third, the brewing method
1. Preparation: Prepare tea sets and cover bowls, teacups, fair cups, tea towels, etc. Use 1 10 ml white porcelain.
2. Tea: 8 grams of tea, 8 grams of tea and 1 10 ml bowl cover complement each other, and the approximate ratio of tea is about 1: 15.
3. Water injection: Dahongpao is brewed at a certain high temperature of 100℃, so that its alpine charm and floral fragrance can be fully stimulated and released.
4. Take soup: stew 10-20 seconds to take out the soup. From the second soaking, the time of each soaking can be increased one after another.
Fourth, why is Dahongpao "half the country"
Low output: There are few Dahongpao in history, and the recognized Dahongpao is only a few trees on the rock wall of the Kowloon case. In the best year, the output of tea is only a few hundred grams. In the Republic of China, a kilo was worth 64 silver dollars, equivalent to 4000 kilos of rice. A few years ago, a piece of Dahongpao tea from Kowloon case was auctioned in the market, and 20 grams actually fetched a sky-high price of 6.5438+0.568 million yuan, setting a record for the unit price of tea.
1972, US President Nixon visited China, and the leaders of China at that time gave him four Liang Dahongpao mother-plant teas. Nixon complained privately because he didn't know that the mother plant of Dahongpao was extremely precious because of its low yield. Later, he explained to Nixon, "Zhu Xi gave up half the country." It also tells the origin of Dahongpao, and I heard that Nixon was in awe of it. This is a gift from the ambassador, Dahongpao.
5. What are the categories of Dahongpao?
At present, the famous Dahongpao can be heard in the market, which can be divided into three categories: mother tree Dahongpao, relatives of Dahongpao and commodity Dahongpao.
1. Mother tree Dahongpao
Mother tree Dahongpao, which is a kind of tea that tastes too strong now.
Since 2006, the mother tree Dahongpao stopped picking and was listed as a national protected unit. This mother tree Dahongpao adds mystery. What's the smell of this mother tree Dahongpao on the altar? In Lu Cong, Wuyi Ming, the taste of Dahongpao is recorded as follows: Oolong tea is of good quality, compact texture, green and brown color, elegant aroma, delicate fragrance with osmanthus fragrance, mellow and sweet taste, unique flavor, condensed into one sentence: fresh fragrance. The mother tree of the Kowloon case, Dahongpao, we don't like Xiang Xiao.
2. Dahongpao-Khitan's relatives
Just now I said that the mother tree Dahongpao can't be tasted, but don't feel sorry. We can drink tea with the same genetic inheritance as the mother tree Dahongpao. This kind of imperial tea has a simple name, Qidan.
Qidan, the name is so small that many people don't even know what kind of tea it is. In fact, Qidan tea is a truly low-key rich second generation. Its true identity can speak for the mother tree Dahongpao. To put it bluntly, Qidan is the product of copying and pasting the mother tree Dahongpao, which is the closest to the mother tree Dahongpao in terms of words. During the spring tea in 2009, experts used gene analysis technology to verify and distinguish. Finally, it is concluded that Qidan and Dahongpao have the same genetic components and are synonyms and homophones. However, the Khitan is difficult to manage when planting. Compared with daffodils and cinnamon, qidan is exquisite, so the number of qidan is very small, and therefore, the range of people who have really contacted qidan is shrinking.
Match dahongpao
Qiaotiangong, world craft, Dahongpao has infinite possibilities.
Some dahongpao tastes particularly fragrant, and the lid and soup are full of fragrance. Some dahongpao are fruity, like a collection of honey and money. Dried plums, blackcurrants and white grapes ... smell delicious. Some Dahongpao, Tang Sheng, is mellow, soft, round and full, as if there were daffodils in it. I have to sigh: the existence of collocation makes rock tea have unlimited possibilities.
(1) What is a match?
That is, different rock teas are matched in different proportions, and then a unique flavor is formed. It is successful to mix daffodils, cinnamon, Luohan, Huangguanyin and other teas (these teas are randomly matched, not necessarily consistent), and the tea soup and tea fragrance are infinitely close to the mother tree Dahongpao.
