Production method
1, sift the low-gluten flour and baking soda powder for later use.
3. Add the tartar powder to the egg whites until dry and foaming. Set aside.
4./After mixing the coffee powder with water, first mix some of the original batter of Method 2 together, and then mix some of the protein of Method 3 together to form the coffee batter.

9. Make a small CORNE, put cream on it (cream can be colored according to your preference), and sprinkle powdered sugar on the cake to make snow at will. After this step, you can also put some homemade Santa Claus and other small decorations.
