Exercise:
1 Stir-fried pepper oil: Add pepper when the oil is slightly hot (this step is the key to delicious radish soup).
Stir-fry until the pepper is black and smoky, turn off the heat, throw away the pepper and keep the oil for later use.

Tip:
1 vinegar must use rice vinegar, and nothing else can replace it.
If you like soup, add more water and other seasonings accordingly.
The taste is slightly sour at last, so don't put too much vinegar.
