It depends on what pasta you want to learn. Homecooked pasta can be learned quickly in a week or so. Pastry is mainly kneading dough. For example, steaming steamed bread depends on how many people you eat. Take a family of three as an example. Take a bowl and a half of noodles to at least half a generation of dry hair powder to see how much water you have. Knead the dough with warm water, about a cup and a half of water, and then sober up for about 30 minutes. Rub the steamed bread, put it in the drawer and wait for the water to boil. Put the drawer in the pot and steam the steamed bread for 15 minutes. If you want to make other pasta, it may take a year and a half or more to learn. You might as well go to cooking school to study, where there are more professional teachers to teach.
