Baked ribs

Cut the ribs, add salt, soy sauce, cornstarch and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes.

Burn a red wok, add peanut oil, make it even, so that the bottom of the wok is coated with peanut oil.

Add the marinated ribs, lay them flat in the pan, and fry them over low heat for about 5 minutes. Then use a spatula to turn the ribs upside down and fry the other side.

Tips
The ribs should be marinated first so that they will be flavorful.
Slow frying with low heat, it's easy to make a mess with high heat.
