Stir-fried lamb tripe
1. Prepare ingredients: lamb tripe, celery, green onion, ginger, dried chili, Sichuan peppercorns, spicy millet
2. Put in the pot Heat the oil, add dried ginger, chili pepper and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the lamb tripe and stir-fry for a while. Add light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce and salt. Stir-fry evenly. Add celery, green onions and millet pepper and stir-fry for a while until the celery is broken. Remove from the pan.
