Composition:
Ingredients trotters 1 fresh Flammulina velutipes 300g
Steps:
1. Prepare trotters, Flammulina velutipes, shallots and fresh ginger.

1. Buy back about 600g trotters, drain and clean them.
2. The wax gourd is about 1000g, peeled, washed and diced for later use.
