Ingredients: chicken feet, minced garlic, millet spicy, onion and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Wash chicken feet, add onion and ginger cooking wine, blanch, remove and wash, pour oil into the pot, stir-fry minced garlic and millet, and add chicken feet to stir-fry evenly.
2. Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce and one spoonful of soy sauce, and add water to cook for about 20 minutes ~
Soft and waxy, really delicious.
